Abstract
PT Karya Utama that was located in the Kediri area where the company which producing some kinds of paving and the company often experienced the hindrance in the process of his production, so that in company too much course of overtime time because of production planning that made less effective. With the condition for the company that like this, the problem of the balance of the tracks must be paid again attention to so that output that was produced in accordance with that was hoped for. The tracks regulation produce for this product had a purpose to more increased efficiency work so as output could be increased. In planning line balancing this, the method that was used Region Approach (RA). From this planning was obtained the number of work station : 3, Balance Delay : 5,71%, System Efficiency : 94,29%, Output the Production : 1300/day, the profit : Rp 10.099.470,- From the result of Planning Line Balancing was obtained by result that increasingly system efficiency, as well as output that was produced increasingly increased.
