Abstract
Since implementing regional autonomy, began to clean themselves Nunukan district to implement short, medium and long term. One of the programs carried out Nunukan County Government is the development of a variety of facilities and office buildings as supporting the implementation of governance. As the central government, it constructed a building that functioned as Regent Office Nunukan. At Regent's office building Nunukan there are still many weaknesses in terms of the implementation work related to scheduling or schedule, but in the sense of vulnerability is not a form of late for poor work performance. But less optimal scheduling process that has been done. To overcome the disadvantages in terms of scheduling or shedulling this can be done by re-analyzing existing shedulle. So with the existence of this analysis obtained results in terms of accelerating construction completion Nunukan Regent Office Building 5 months faster than the realization of the project by 17 months, resulting in accelerating the progress percentage of 29.41%.
