Abstract
In the project planning is complex, we need a good management in order to facilitate the implementation so that projects can run smoothly and on time. Factors must be taken into account the resource requirements to reduce the occurrence of fluctuations in the resources to overcome this need for equitable distribution of labor (resource leveling). To simplify the scheduling, network analysis and management of resources used in the form of computer aids Sotware Primavera Project Planner 3.0 package. Based on the analysis calculation is accomplished using the Primavera Project Planner 3.0 obtained duration or total time of execution of the project cost hari.Total selama122 Primavera Project Planner 3.0 analysis amounted Rp.13.969.825.740, 00 -. From the analysis, Primavera Project Planner 3.0 there are some things to consider before making the input data that is to be made a logical diagram of dependence relationship between the work so as to produce a good work schedule and not chaotic in practice. Things to note again that working environment factors that can affect the activity so that necessary project work tolerance time of the work that takes into account the weather and the workplace.
