Abstract

Rural Transport Turen path-Blue Spring is one of the modes of public transport passengers that operate on the route Turen Malang regency, Source Manjing, Sitiarjo, Spring Biru.Adapun current rates are: a). to tariff-point Source Manjing Turen of 5,000, -, b). for the rate-Sitiarjo Turen path of Rp.8.000, -, c). for line-Turen Blue Spring is Rp 10,000, - d). Manjing Sunber path-Sitiarjo 5,000, -, e). Source path Manjing Rp.8.000-Blue Spring, -, f). Spring Blue-lane Sitiarjo 5,000, -. This evaluation study refers to the Technical Guidelines for Implementation of Public Passenger Transport in Urban Areas of Fixed Route And Disorders (Directorate General of Land Transportation.) Data collected through the instruments used are questionnaires and interview instruments to the driver and passenger where random sampling (random sample). Vehicle operating cost (VOC) Rural Transport Turen point-per-mile Blue Spring isthe result of evaluation of Rp.2.682 ,66 . Rates subject of evaluation results Turen-lane Rural Transport Blue Spring is Rp. 184.45 BEP rates (average rates one trip) of Rp. 6271.30 and tariff evaluation results are Rp. 6898.43. Based on the evaluation of tariffs based on the BOK above can be seen that the tariff per passenger is Rp. 6898.43 but the reality on the ground force fare per passenger is Rp 10,000, -.
