Abstract

Problem: This research discusses the need for a suitable design solution for early childhood learning applications. In this context, the complexity of existing applications poses a primary challenge. The importance of experience-based development and user needs is also considered, with the hope that this research can improve the quality of learning applications. Method: To address this challenge, this research utilizes the UX Journey method, an approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze user experiences in using new technology. Results: The research results include evaluations from Field Studies, Direct and Indirect Competitor Analysis, User Reviews, and SWOT Analysis. The information obtained from these results is used to identify problems related to the research objectives. In this context, the development of design solutions for early childhood learning applications is underway with the aim of increasing children's learning interest. Conclusion and Development: It is hoped that these findings can serve as a basis for the development of more effective products and services, as well as encourage better innovation in user experience. Additionally, this research also provides valuable insights into how technology can continue to evolve to meet user needs in the future.
