Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe work culture, work involvement and cooperative performance, to test and analyze the influence of work culture and work involvement both partially and simultaneously on cooperative performance, to find out which variables have a stronger influence on cooperative performance. The research population was all 50 employees and the sample used total sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses a range of scales, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression using the SPSS 26 program. Research hypothesis testing uses the T test and F test. The results of the range of scales show that work culture is a strong criterion, work involvement is a high criterion, cooperative performance is a high criterion. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work culture has a significant positive effect on cooperative performance, work involvement has a significant positive effect on cooperative performance, work culture and work involvement simultaneously have a significant positive effect on cooperative performance, work culture has a stronger influence on cooperative performance but work involvement has more significantly affects cooperative performance. It is hoped that the management of the Bangun Lestari Milk Cooperative will make efforts to improve work culture, work involvement and cooperative performance by providing awards or bonuses for employee achievements, as well as establishing a monitoring system and periodic performance evaluations.
