Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine workload, work stress, work motivation and employee turnover intention, workload partially influences turnover intention, work stress partially influences turnover intention, work motivation partially influences turnover intention, workload, Work stress and work motivation simultaneously influence turnover intention and the variables that most influence turnover intention. This type of research is explanatory research with a population of all production employees at PT. Tunas Agro Persada has 108 employees. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The research results show that workload conditions are in the sufficient category, work stress is in the sufficient category, work motivation is high and turnover intention is in the sufficient category. Work load partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work stress partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work motivation partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload, work stress and work motivation simultaneously have an effect on turnover intention and work stress has the most influence on employee turnover intention.
