Abstract

Concept of PAUD in Indonesia is now increasingly emerging, but it is necessary to establish the
concept PAUD so that it can be a comfortable place for early childhood. In Article 1 of the
Regulations of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 18 Year 2018 concerning the Provider of
Services for Early Childhood Education, PAUD is described as a building effort for children from
birth to the age of 6 years, providing educational incentives to support the growth and physical and
spiritual development of children so that they are ready to enter the next level of education. At that
age, a variety of stimuli are needed, whether sensomotor, cognitive or emotional. (Suryana, 2018).
A comfortable school is necessary for early children because they are new to the concept of school,
should not put pressure or coercion on early children, this is in line with Farida (2019) who explains
that the school of the future is a school that children always come to with enthusiasm, a school where
parents can talk about education with teachers and other parents. Based on some of these statements,
there needs to be a fun school concept that can support the growth of early childhood. The fun school
concept used in this study was later switched to the Fun School Concept where terminologically
they have the same understanding. In connection with this, the researchers will study how the
application of school concepts is fun in character development at PAUD level. RA Al Jauhar as one
of the PAUD institutions that presented the Fun School Concept with the learning of religion as one
load of its religious and moral values. Based on some of these things above then there are some
formulas of problems that need to be studied, namely, about the implementation of Fun School
concepts on PAUD and the development of characters carried out in PAUD at RA AlJauhar and
supportive factors that influence the success of implementation Fun School concept. This research
uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Selection of participants using purposive
sampling techniques. On this study informed his research from students, parents and teachers as well
as the day manager of the committee. The researchers used observations, interviews and
documentation for data sources of analytical techniques referring to the opinion of Miles, Huberman
& Saldana (2014) The results of the research obtained at RA Al Jauhar were carried out in April
2023 until November 2023. Fun School Concept, which presents a wide range of programmes in
favour of children 1. Application of the Fun school Concept at RA Al Jauhar The application of the
fun school concept in early childhood is a very important approach in facilitating effective learning
and developing the potential of children from an early age. The Fun School Concept includes the
following steps: a. School Program Planning b. School program presentation to the School
Committee c. School programme validation d. Socialization of the school program to the pupils e.
Implementation of the Fun School concept Fun school Concept f. Evaluation and Reflection of the
School Program Fun School implementation Concept Fun school as follows: 1) Teacher’s “Sapa
Salam Salim Smile” by a communicative Teacher 2) Morning Acidity Planting PAP 3) Fun School
Learning Programme Concept Learning 4) Safari Mosque and Ramadan Camp 5) Family Gathering
and Haflah Akhirissanah 2. Family Character Development of Children of the Present Age P5-P2RA
in RA Aluhar Yearly P5 is listed in six dimensions and P2RA containing ten values is part of the
one operational curriculum Education that disaggregates the Pan-dimensional dimensions of pupils
and p2ra has a value as a character development of children of the very modern age of school.
Involving parents in the child's educational process not only creates a close bond between the school
and home environment, but also provides a more enjoyable learning experience.
