Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of Green Transformational Leadership and Green Human Resource Management on Green Employee Behaviour mediated by Employee Environmental Awareness at Telkom Property. This research using quatitative descriptive and data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique uses sensus sampling, namely 183 employees. Data analysis and testing using SEM-PLS. The results showed that Green Transformational Leadership has an effect on Green Employee Behaviour and Employee Environmental Awareness. Green Human Resource Management has no effect on Green Employee Behaviour but has an effect on Employee Environmental Awareness. And Employee Environmental Awareness affects Green Employee Behaviour. Employee Environmental Awareness mediates the relationship between Green Transformational Leadership and Green Human Resource Management on Green Employee Behaviour.
