company is not entirely good, where the work area is still disorganized and not well organized, which has the potential to affect the health and safety of employees. 5S is a concept that aims to create a good work environment. This research method uses qualitative by comparing the 5S method with K3. The findings of this study show that the condition of the work environment at PT Jaya Etika Beton does not match the criteria in accordance with the 5S method. Proposed improvements and safety improvements for PT Jaya Etika Beton based on the results of the actual comparison of the K3 occupational safety and health program, namely rearranging and providing a specific place for each item. Proposals related to safety are to enforce SOPs, conduct regular audits to determine the condition of the environment and health and safety support tools and conduct counseling and increase supervision of workers.
