Abstract

Bored Pile foundation planning takes the case of the Bank Kalsel Head Office building construction project, Jl. Lambung Mangkurat, Banjarmasin City, by changing the existing planning from a pile foundation to a bored pile foundation. The purpose of this planning is to determine the working loads, plan the dimensions and reinforcement of the pile cap as well as plan the dimensions and reinforcement of the foundation, determine the stability of the drilled pile foundation, safety factors, bearing capacity and also foundation settlement. The load acting on the upper structure is 39338.687 kN. The drilled pile foundation is planned with a diameter of 1 meter and a height of 37.25 meters. The quality of the concrete used is 30 MPa and the quality of the steel used is 400 MPa. The resulting bearing capacity of the pillars is 1162.847 kN. The pile cap is planned to use 3 types, where type 1 measures 7 m x 9.5 m x 1 m, type 2 measures 4.5 m x 7 m x 1 m, type 3 measures 4.5 m x 12 m x 1 m. This type of pile cap is obtained from the largest axial load with longitudinal reinforcement D25-150 mm and reinforcement for D16-150 mm. For foundation reinforcement with dimensions of 1 m, use 21D22 longitudinal reinforcement and D16 spiral reinforcement. The largest decrease occurred at 10,611 cm and met the requirements because it was smaller than 15 + b/600 or 15,833 cm.
