PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA JUAL BELI TANAH YANG DIPERJUALBELIKAN TANPA SEPENGETAHUAN PEMILIK LAINNYA PADA GUGATAN NOMOR REGISTRASI PERKARA 23/PDT.G/2023/PN BIL

Soil is one of the most important elements in life, it contains natural resources which are very beneficial for human survival. This research aims to find out how to resolve land sale and purchase disputes that are traded without the knowledge of other owners at the Bangil District Court. This type of research uses an empirical juridical research approach, the approach used is socio-legal. The results of this research show that the land buying and selling process is legal in accordance with statutory regulations. resolution of disputes over the sale and purchase of land that was traded without the knowledge of the other owner in lawsuit case registration number 23/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Bil. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that it will become information material for those who need it, both academics and the public
