Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) can help to increase employee productivity within the company, by increasing employee productivity, all company activities or performance can run more efficiently. This research aims to analyze the problem of less than optimal use of the internet of things in companies. The research method used is a qualitative method using phenomenological analysis and triangulation. The results of this research will provide solutions to problem phenomena that exist within the company. The solutions created from this research can help companies optimize the use of internet of things (IoT) tools and supporting systems within the company so that employees can make good use of these tools.
