Abstract

Implementation of the East Bolaang Mongondow Regent's Official Home Construction Project Phase II began on July 17 2023. This project is still classified as a project that has just started, but there was a delay in the initial progress of project implementation, resulting in a deviation of -1.48% and -1, 24% in the second and third weeks. Based on the identification of problems that occur, the causes of project delays are limitations and a lack of available workforce, resulting in progress not going according to plan. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out effective scheduling planning before the project experiences significant delays. The method used in this research is TCTO to carry out effective scheduling planning for projects, by adding overtime working hours. TCTO aims to speed up implementation time while still paying attention to increasing costs and analyzing the influence of activity time which can speed up the implementation duration. so that the maximum acceleration duration can be known with minimum costs. From the project schedule, it is known that the initial plan was for a duration of 150 days with a cost of IDR 3,035,000,000. However, if the project is accelerated using the TCTO method with the alternative of adding 2 hours of overtime work, the optimum cost result is IDR 3,082,354,670.60 with an optimum time of 132 days, while for the alternative of adding 4 hours of overtime work, the optimum cost result is IDR 3,162,833,417.79 with the optimum time. 129 days.
