Abstract

After PSBB released Large-Scale Social Restrictions, sales at Harmoni Florist Surabaya increased rapidly. Overall, Harmony Florist's sales have not returned to their previous pre-pandemic levels. It is important for businesses to increase sales amidst the pandemic and intense competition. Therefore, companies must have an accounting system that is supportive, easy to understand and relevant to carrying out their operations and is also used as a basis for decision making to increase sales. The purpose of this research is to see how Harmoni Florist Surabaya uses an accounting information system for cash and credit sales. The results of this research show that the cash and credit sales information system has several problems, such as position equipment, documents that do not comply with document principles, and departments that do not carry out tasks according to their work.
