Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of work discipline on teacher performance with organizational culture as a moderating variable at SMPN 1 Lenteng Sumenep. The population in this study was 30 employees using the census method. The type of research used is quantitative research. The collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data measurement technique in this research uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression, the results of which show that work discipline is very high, teacher performance is very high, and the organizational culture is strong. It can be said that work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so the first hypothesis cannot be accepted. It can be said that organizational culture has a no positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so the second hypothesis can be accepted
