Abstract

This research aims to determine marketing evaluations via the rayz-hotel.com website to increase hotel occupancy. Efforts to maintain high occupancy levels require the right marketing strategy. Website marketing is a marketing mix on promotional aspects that contribute to increasing hotel occupancy. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, this research focused on how marketing evaluation via the rayz-hotel.com website can increase hotel occupancy rates. The informants for this research are the Hotel Manager, Marketing Communication Manager, Reservation Agent and customers. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation using the PAR method and documentation. The data analysis method used provides in-depth presentation and explanation regarding the research studied. The results of research on marketing evaluation via the rayz-hotel.com website have succeeded in increasing hotel occupancy rates, but there is a need for innovation and continuous development of marketing strategies. The marketing strategy carried out includes the marketing mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. From the marketing mix that occurs, promotion is the most important thing in the success of marketing evaluation via the rayz-hotel.com website to increase hotel occupancy.
