ANALISIS PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN DAN PERSEPSI RESIKO TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNA PAYLATER DI SITUBONDO

This research aims to examine the influence of ease of use and risk perception on the decision to use paylater in Situbondo City. This data was obtained through a survey using a Google Form questionnaire of 75 respondents using a purposive sampling technique among paylater users in Situbondo City. The data analysis technique uses a multiple equation model using SPSS 25. The findings of this research show that ease of use and perceived risk influence the decision to use positively and significantly, while the f test shows that ease of use and perceived risk simultaneously influence the decision to use paylater in Situbondo City.
