Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and self efficacy on employee performance at the Sanan Malang Tempe Chips Industry Center, as well as to describe work motivation, self efficacy, and employee performance at the Sanan Malang Tempe Chips Industry Center. The population used in this study were all production employees of the Sanan Malang Tempe Chips Industry Center as many as 60 employees. The number of samples in this study used the entire population of 60 employees of the Tempe Chips Industry Center Sanan Malang. This type of research is survey research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data measurement technique in this study uses a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this study uses a range of scales and multiple regression with the results of the study stating that: 1) work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 2) self efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 3) work motivation and self efficacy have an effect and contribute significantly to employee performance at the Sanan Tempe Chips Industry Center in Malang.
