Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the economy of the Landungsari Village community, therefore the Village Government has provided social assistance aimed at providing support to vulnerable communities, one of which is BLT-DD. This study aims to see how the BLT-DD policy will be implemented in Landungsari Village in 2022. This study examines the implementation of the BLT-DD social assistance policy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Landungsari Village in 2022, and the supporting factors in the implementation of the BLT-DD social assistance policy. DD during the Covid-19 pandemic in Landungsari Village. This study uses Edwards III's policy implementation theory, which consists of 4 factors, namely (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition and (4) bureaucratic structure. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the BLT-Village Fund policy for the poor affected by Covid�19 in Landungsari Village is going well and in accordance with the BLT-DD distribution procedure. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for the smooth implementation of BLT-DD policies in Landungsari Village are good cooperation between village officials and the community, targeted assistance, and a culture of accepting the community.
