Abstract

This researcher examines the effect of operational audits on finance and the marketing human resource function on employee performance satisfaction in the field of sales at PT Erajaya Swasembada Malang City, using three variables, the first variable is operational audits on finance, the second is the marketing human resource function, and the third is employee performance satisfaction in the field of sales,. The problem in this study is a decrease in employee performance satisfaction which is influenced by a decrease in sales and marketing, with a decrease in sales and low marketing so that the company's finances decrease or are unstable, not only that there is pressure from the organization / company or even in a competitive work environment to meet the targets set by the company. In this study using 70 respondents using a questionnaire distributed and given directly to respondents, this researcher used the Smart PLS analysis tool with a Quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that operational audits on finance have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the sales department and the Human Resources Function of the marketing department has a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction in the sales department.
