IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN MAHKAMAH AGUNG REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 1 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG ADMINISTRASI PERKARA DAN PERSIDANGAN DI PENGADILAN SECARA ELEKTRONIK PADA AGENDA SIDANG PEMBUKTIAN DALAM PERKARA CERAI GUGAT DENGAN NOMOR REGISTER PERKARA: 16XX/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg

In order to fulfill the principle of simple, speedy, and low cost justice as referred to in Article 2 paragraph (4) of Law Number 48 Year 2009, the Supreme Court launched the implementation of Electronic Court system (E-Court). However, in its judicial practice, the implementation of E-Court system was not as easy as expected, as happened in the Evidentiary Session Agenda in the Plaintiff's Divorce Case with Case Register Number: 16XX/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg. at the Religious Court of Malang Regency. This Final Project will further discuss the implementation of the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2019 concerning Case Administration and Trial in Court Electronically on the Evidentiary Session Agenda in the Plaintiff's Divorce Case with Case Register Number: 16XX/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg. Furthermore, in preparing this Final Project, the author uses an empirical juridical method with a socio legal approach based on primary data and secondary data. As for the results of the research conducted by the author in this case, it is known that the implementation of the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2019 concerning Case Administration and Trial in Court Electronically on the Evidentiary Session Agenda in the Plaintiff's Divorce Case with Case Register Number: 16XX/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg still experiences obstacles, namely the discrepancy between the trial schedule between the E-Court of the Malang Regency Religious Court and the E-Court of the litigants. In line with this, the author then suggests that the litigants can be given access to the contact number of the Registrar with the aim of making further confirmation regarding any changes to the trial agenda schedule in the future.
