PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN OKSIGENASI PADA PASIEN DENGAN CEDERA KEPALA BERAT DI RUANG ICU RSUD KANJURUHAN KEPANJEN KABUPATEN MALANG

Severe head injury is a traumatic disruption of brain function that can cause physical and psychological changes, even death. The aim of this case study is to provide nursing care to patients with serious head injuries at the Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Regional General Hospital, Malang. The results of the assessment obtained by the patient experienced a decrease in consciousness (GCS E2V3M1). Bleeding problems that arise are the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion and ineffective airway clearance. The interventions that have been given are providing a 30 degree sup position, providing 12 lpm NRBM oxygen, suction, and providing non-pharmacological therapy.
