Abstract

This study was conducted to know and analyze the influence of organizational culture on intention to stay with organizational commitment and job satisfaction as mediating variables. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The population on this study was Billman PT officers. Haleyora Power ULP Waru which has 60 employees. The data analysis method used is path analysis assisted with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study found that Organizational Culture had no significant effect on Intention to Stay. Organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational commitment. Organizational Commitments have a significant influence on Intention to Stay. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay. Organizational Culture has a postive and significant influence on Intention to Stay with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. Organizational Culture did not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay with Job Satisfaction as the mediating variable.
