ANALISIS RISIKO USAHATANI CABAI MERAH (Capsicum annum L.) DI DESA BOCEK KECAMATAN KARANGPLOSO KABUPATEN MALANG

This study was aims to: (1) analyze the cost structure of red chili farming in Bocek Village; (2) analyze the income level of red chili farming in Bocek Village; (3) analyzing the feasibility of red chili farming in Bocek Village; (4) analyze the risks of red chili farming in Bocek Village. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Determining the research location was carried out purposively. The research respondents were 35 people taken by census from the Bangkit Tani Farmers Group. The results show that: (1) fixed costs consist of equipment depreciation costs and land taxes with an average cost of Rp 10.629.128/ha and variable costs consist of the costs of seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, mulch and labor with an average cost variable amounting to Rp 22.722.584/ha, the average total cost of red chili farming in Bocek Village is Rp 33.351.712/ha; (2) the income level of red chili farming in Bocek Village is profitable with an average income of Rp 151.648.932/ha; (3) the R/C ratio value of red chili farming in Bocek Village is 4,20, which means that every one rupiah spent will generate revenue of 4,20 because the R/C ratio > 1 and is worth cultivating; (4) production risk and income risk have a large risk with a coefficient of variation value of 0,53 and 0,61, while price risk has a small risk with a value of 0,08.
