HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN MORAL DENGAN PERILAKU AGRESIVITAS PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA (SMP)

Teenagers’s failure to understand morality results in them acting as they please and not paying attention to applicable norms. Agressiveness is a form of negative action that reflects low moral intelligence. The purpose of the research uses quantitative method with a correlational design. This research sample was taken using an purposive sampling technique involving 301 junior high school students as research subjects. The instruments used in this research were the Moral Competency Inventory (MCI) scale and the Aggressiveness scale. The analysis used in this research is pearson product moment correlation. The results of this research show a correlation value of -0,735 and a significant value of 0,0001, meaning that there is a negative and significant relationship between moral intelligence and aggressive behavior in junior high school students
