Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and training on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 45 employees of Bank Jatim Cabang Malang. The analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that career development has a positive effect on employee performance, training has a positive effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on motivation, training has a positive effect on motivation, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance , and motivation has a positive effect in mediating the relationship between the effect of training on employee performance at bank jatim Cabang Malang.
