Abstract

An increase in population will cause an increase in the amount of waste produced. There is no infrastructure that facilitates waste disposal in Kediri Regency, the western part of the Brantas river and the volume of waste in the Kediri City TPA is increasingly full. To overcome this problem, a Regional TPA is planned in Mojo District, Kediri Regency. In this research, the method used to measure waste generation is based on SNI 19-3964-1994. Based on the results of measuring waste generation, it was found that the amount generated was 0.232 kg/person/day. The projected amount of waste generated in 2032 is 204,519 tonnes/day. Land requirements in 2032 will be 72,600,026 m2. In this plan, 3 phases are planned with dimensions of 160m x 45m for the three phases. The base layer uses Geomembrane with a thickness of 2 mm. The total methane gas produced in 2032 will be 129.80 m2. gas pipeline planning using HDPE pipe with a diameter of 150 mm and has a perferation hole with a diameter of 12 mm and is surrounded by a pipe filled with crushed stone containing 50 mm. For a vertical distance of 25 m. Horizontal distance between pipes 20 m. The rainfall obtained in the 10 year return period was 205,363 mm/day. The dimensions of the drainage channel are 0.45 x 0.45 and the guard height is 0.21 m. In drainage planning, use a concrete profile with a thickness of 10 cm. The leachate discharge obtained was 176.33 mm/month or 0.0057 m/day. From the discharge calculation, the dimensions of the largest pipe size leading to the IPAL channel are 5 inches. After that, the leachate enters the WWTP, the WWTP pool is divided into 4, namely the Anaerobic Pool 33.08 meters x 16.54 meters x 4.5 meters, the Facultative Pool has a volume of 615.20 m3 with dimensions of 20.26 meters x 10, 13 meters x 2.5 meters, the Maturation Pond has a volume of 861.84 m3 with dimensions of 29.36 meters x 14.68 meters x 2 meters, the wetland pond has a volume of 492.48 m3 with dimensions of 27.53 meters x 13, 76 meters x 1.3 meters.
