Abstract

This research aims to: find out the effect of location on interest in visiting again, find out the effect of promotion on interest in visiting again, find out the effect of location on visit satisfaction, find out the effect of promotion on visit satisfaction, find out the effect of visit satisfaction on interest in visiting again, find out the mediating role of satisfaction. visiting on the relationship between location and interest in returning to visit and knowing the mediating role of visiting satisfaction on the relationship between promotion and interest in returning to visit. This research uses quantitative methods with a Slovin approach. The analytical method used is the Macro Hayes method with SPSS 25 tools. From this research, the results obtained show that all hypotheses are accepted.
