Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance and the moderating effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 35. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Statistics in this study were studied using path analysis. It is known based on the analysis tool test, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and OCB can moderate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance.
