IMPLEMENTASI USER PERSONA UNTUK ELISITASI DALAM MEMENUHI PERSPEKTIF DAN KEBUTUHAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK PADA MI TARBIYATUL ISLAM

There are several problems faced by teachers and education staff at MI Tarbiyatul Islam, namely the available features are still limited, difficulties in operating the system because some of the available features are still separated into several applications, the system is tied to certain devices because the application still has to be installed so that This results in inflexibility and inefficiency, and many applications must be installed, which takes up a lot of device storage space. The problems faced include the stages of the requirements excavation model for system requirements, what methods are used in the requirements excavation process, and the use of the user persona method in the requirements excavation process. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out documentation to record information and data regarding problems in user requirements and needs using the user persona method and carry out prototype testing using a smile scale. The results obtained from prototype testing are in the form of a wireframe using a smile scale with answers from the five primary personas worth 5/5 with the caption 'Liked' provided that the answers from these five primary personas represent 90-95% of other users (secondary personas). This shows that the display provides features and interfaces that users like because they suit their wishes and needs and the design is clear and easy to understand for system users at MI Tarbiyatul Islam. With the results of this research, the MI Tarbiyatul Islam academic information system can be submitted to developers or web masters to be developed and updated according to the user's perspective to meet user requirements and needs.
