HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN PERILAKU IBU RUMAH TANGGA TENTANG DAGUSIBU OBAT ANTASIDA (Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Bumiaji Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu)

Background: DAGUSIBU is a program of the Drug Aware Family Movement Efforts in the form of an acronym for "Get, Use, Store, and Dispose of" good and correctmedicine.Theuseofmedicinethatisdoneproperly,safely,andeffectively can help the community and self-medication.
Objectives:To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior of housewives about DAGUSIBU of antacid.
Methods: The research is quantitative observationalresearch. The studydesign in thisresearchusesacrosssectionalstudy.Thesamplingtechniqueinthisstudyused a non-probabilitysampling technique ofpurposive sampling witha sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis used is the Chi Square test.
Result:Basedontheanalysisofthelevelofknowledgeandbehaviorofhousewives about DAGUSIBU antacid, it shows that housewives have good knowledge as muchas54%, 27%enoughand19%less, whilethebehaviorofhousewivesshows that housewives have positive behavior as much as 53% and negative behavior as much as 47%. Based on bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test, there is no relationshipbetweenknowledgeandbehaviorofhousewiveswithap-valueof
0.289 greaterthanthe significance value of0.05.
Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge and behavior of housewives about DAGUSIBU antacid drugs.
