Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an Intervening variable. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research uses path analysis. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, organizational culture on employee performance can be mediated by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable.
