Based on the results of the analysis, fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Aryojeding still often forget the material taught and no media can support fictional story material in learning Indonesian. Based on these results, researchers developed Pop-Up Book media to support learning material and make learning fun. This research aims to produce Pop-Up Book Media products, and fiction stories for grade IV Indonesian subjects.
This research uses the ADDIE model and consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation.
The results of the development of the Media Pop-Up Book for fiction story material based on the assessment percentage determined by media experts got a percentage of 81.6%, validation from material experts got a percentage of 85.4% with a level of "Very Decent". Meanwhile, responses from teachers to Pop-Up Book media received a percentage of 87.5% and responses from students received a percentage of 100%. The results of this research show that the development of Pop-Up Book media for fiction stories can be used as a tool to support learning material, but it still has shortcomings so innovation and improvement are needed from future researchers.
