Application of the guidance in religious educational institutions, especially in boarding schools are considered to have an impact on personality development of students in boarding schools and faith Singosari, this fact is generally regarded boarding school as one of the many religious penddikan institution providing education and awareness process against the majority of students background families who can not afford anymore to guide their children. Under these conditions, the research want to understand more about the application of community development patterns in the pesantren, therefore this study entitled "Study on Application of Development Patterns in the lodge Pesantren Al Quran Singosari Science." This research is a qualitative diskripstif aimed to find out and get a picture of the implementation of community development patterns at the seminary. This research was conducted on May 4, 2007 using a third-party caregiver subjects and 3 students in the boarding Pesantren Al Quran Singosari Science. This research includes pralapangan stage, the stage of field work and data analysis. The result showed that the strict application of the pattern of community development with the aim of awakening students were not always good for students, because of mental condition satri very diverse and should be as much as possible to know the profile and get to know students in detail, so the application guidance to touch the feelings of students who ultimately will increase the awareness of students. From the implementation of community development patterns in boarding schools provide two effects of the coaching process: First students are increasingly recognizing that living in a boarding another not only to learn and inculcate religious values that appear on the current students and memorize Al-Quran and find out how to get along with the surrounding environment and second is there are some students who increasingly aggressive and often violate the rules of the previous order as a quiet and obedient child. However, the nurse realized that a strict application of community development patterns and hardware will have less good for students, especially those who have a submissive character, or even for students who has a hard temperament, so the more often given sanctions, the more proud that he was often dubbed by lingkunganya as a child the male and brave.
