Abstract

This research aim to know and description of concept and practice of education of Islam in PKS town Malang, besides, also lays open form of implementation of education of Islam in the cadre performed by PKS town Malang. This research applies qualitative approach. Research data is collected using interview technique, observation, and documentation, as for informant in this research is Chief DPD PKS town Jakarta, Chief Kaderisation DPD PKS town Malang, the teachers (murābbī) and the cadres.From this research known that education process of Islam can done variously, one of them is through the cadre in PKS. Teacher (murābbī) and participant (mutarābbī) be education perpetrator of Islam in cadre PKS. Pass various education activities (tarbiyah) cadre has perfect understanding about Islam, and can practice Islam well. As for result of this research is implementation of education of Islam in cadre PKS divisible Jakarta town become three, that is implementation of education of Islam at planning aspect (concept), implementation of education of Islam at execution aspect of study, and implementation of education of Islam at assessment aspect. Implementacion of education of Islam in cadre PKS is executed in the education activity is including at execution halaqah. This success protype by forming cadre that is with quality as according to Islam. Form of halaqah was form of education that is not only touchs development of intellectual dimension, however more touchingly is dimension emocional and espiritual cadres.
