One factor can be condition of health society is healty behavior in this society. In way process of formed society by any factor. One of several factor is social culture. If we compare healthy behavior in difference area, of course we can find the difference of social culture. It cause from location or ethnic. One of Banjar pahuluan ethnic in Sungai Rangas Ulu village, one of Banjar ethnic which there are live in coastal river areas, where they are do daily avtivity in river, such as take a bath, wash, cooking, and MCK activity. Base of it, there are aware that water from the river is dirty and it can not be for consumption, but there behavior endure concisten. According that if people can be work and not paralyzed it mean the people is health or not sick, so looking health and sick as simply. Another the location their live far from city, minim information of healthty, as direct knowladge minim of health live, in the result there healty behavior is just what there ae know about it and learn it as passed on from of generation to the other. So, it something problem and aimed from this research to know about how the healthy behavior and the factor of it. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. This research used interview and observation to get data research. Subject whose data was taken at this research were 18 people, 6 people for old group, 6 people for adult group and 6 people for teenager, consist of male and female. The result of this study healty behavior that healthy behavior of Banjar ethnic is not yet all stage direct to be healthy behavior, healt behavior and sick behavior it only indication of it, and health enviroment behavior is not yet direct to healthy behavior. That is influenced by two factors, internal and external. Internal factors is minim of knowladge, perception, belief, age, gender, education. And external factor is support fasilities, social factor, and culture factor.
