Abstract

Job satisfaction represent one of element which must on every area work, without existence of job satisfaction someone will not work such as expected, so the target of which have been with lines of company will not reach. Job Satisfaction is a feeling which contributing or not contribute self's officer related its work and condition of self. One of way to conducted by employees to facilitating him in reaching job satisfaction is asertif behavio Asertif behavior is attitude where someone can act upon its desire, advocating and donot be exploited by others. This study purposed to find out the relation of asertif behavior between employees job satisfaction. This research conducted at 25-30 September 2007 that had 60 responder. Population this research is employees of Hazama-Brantas Joint Operation Project of Ponre-Ponre, Tompobulu Countryside, Libureng district, Sub-Province of Bone South Sulawesi. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data use asertif behavioral scale and of job satisfactio scale. The analysis method was product moment. The result of analysis showed that there were very significant positif relation between asertif behavior with job satisfaction that (r) = 0, 710 and (p) = 0, 000. The meaning that excelsior asertif behavioral of employees also excelsior job satisfaction and into effect reverse that progressively lower asertif behavior of employees hence progressivel lower job satisfaction. Contribution effective for asertif behavior to job satisfaction equal to 50%
