Corporate identity of TV7 in the form of logo which is is rose colored to be turned into by blue colour which is corporate identity of Trans TV. This Matter become focus early researcher interest to do research, with individuality of TV7 which have withdrawn from colour composition facet and form altered almost is equal to Trans TV which later will change the station image is eye of audience. Pursuant to the background hence researcher interest to express furthermore into decanted research form into title " Perception Of Audience About Change of Name and Logo of TV7 to Trans|7 ( Study At Student Majors Science Communications Generation 2005 University of Muhammadiyah Malang)" where this research target is to know how perception of audience concerning change of logo and name of TV7 to Trans7. Process of Persespi according to Bimo Walgito ( 2002:71) consisting of three process step, that is: first phase is process of nature physical process or that happened because stimulus concerning appliance of indra. Second phase is physiological process that is stimulus process which have passed appliance of indra continued by nerve of sensorik to brain as center awareness of third Phase is psychological process that is process that happened in brain realized [by] individual because seeing, hearing, or grope. Perception process concerning television image early from change of logo identity of Trans7, image very perception where perception is one of the cognate process which was including an spanning wide of in the form of activities bounce which was including interpretation of stimuli the idea organization and also ideas. Image influenced by individual way look into an or realita of obyek as according to individual basic, Trans7 develop;build brand through new image effort by anti the logo and name of which on the chance of will give good influence to audience to continue devoted look on program which isn't it that way resulted influence will influence reputation of Trans7 toward better. This Research method is research of Survey with uantitative descriptive research type, population in this research is Student Majors Science Communications generation 2005 University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Technique intake of sampel which used in this research is Purposive Sampling so that the amount of sampel of set in this researchs counted 98 responder people. Technique data collecting of utilizing documentation and enquette, by research of howfar attention, interest and assessment of responder to perception able to be defined as process how stimulistimuli selected, organization, and interpretation ( Toha, 1990:157). Pursuant to research result which have been obtained to be known that perception of audience concerning change of logo and name of TV7 to Trans7 can be detailed as follows: 1.That Attention of responder to change of logo and name of TV7 to Trans|7 is this matter is can be seen from variable mean score result equal to 296 which included in category. 2.That Interest of responder to change of logo and name of TV7 to Trans|7 is this matte is can be seen from variable mean score result equal to 296 which included in category. 3.That Assessment of responder to change of logo and name of TV7 to Trans|7 is lowering this matter can be seen from variable mean score result equal to 188 which included in low category.
