Abstract

This research is a descriptive research conducted in PT. BPR that be in Magetan Regency, by entitling “ The Perception Of Customer To Credit Submit In PT. BPR at Magetan Regency”. The purpose of this research is to inspect perception of customer to credit submit in PT. BPR that be in Magetan Regency. Data analysys technique uses descriptive analysis that is by describing or explaining object of research. Analysis result showed that the most dominant variable influence customer perception to credit submit in PT. BPR is credit variousthat tasteless by the bank. And the most less dominant variable influence customer perception to credit submit in Pt. BPR is credit rate that assessment by the bank. Based on analysis result, it can be know and concluded that thereare some matters that needs to be corrected, those are: credit rate variable, service, and physic facilities that bank have (building, bank equipment, waiting space, parking area, and layout space). Therefore, the researcher suggest some suggestions those are: PT. BPR more focus the bank that be competitors for fixed the bank rate that given to customer, increases employee service quality to the customer, and make physics facilities that bank have be better.
