Abstract

Competition in education is strictly in the field of education lately has felt the Muhammadiyah University in Malang in prove visitor or user of the website UMM. Research was conducted to design a system based infornasi data using the application website. With this research are expected to help Muhammadiyah University in Malang maintain, strengthen, and enhance relationships with customers have been stranded. Research is carried out the process of various data to be used in the design of the basic framework of CRM information system. At this stage the data and then implemented into the design framework of a basic CRM system information. Results obtained from this stage is a framework of basic design information system for CRM Muhammadiyah University of Malang process has five main units, namely: The Use of Data, Process Communication, Process Proactive Service Some of the factors to be considered by the company to support the success of the implementation process of CRM information system, the factors are: top management support and leadership, the establishment of CRM strategies and targets to be achieved, increased use of e-CRM application based website.
