Social adjustment is the someone’s ability to do the effective reaction forward fact and social situation, not only someone’s adjustment successful in this role-plays, but also how is someone response the social requirement environment appropriate with is wished by social environment. It needs done by children with mild mental retardation, because in fact they often being expulsed by his social environment. There are some examples which can be done to increase their social adjustment ability, for example is by doing the play therapy. Where the play therapy has function as communication facility, create a relationship, and treatment. Some ways which can be done to increase the social adjustment ability, for example is by conducted social play activity. Where the social function can increase the children social advance. The games which given, such as: who is it, traffic light, role play, and find the rubbish. The approach which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study are three children with mild mental retardation about 6-12 years old, where they can be socialize with their friends. The instruments in this research are observation which uses checklist method and game social module. The data authenticity is the source triangulation. From the result of this research can be conclude that there is the social adjustment increasing children with mild mental retardation after doing social game activities. It can be showed by there are the increasing at all of the aspect of each subjects. The highest increasing on each subject is subject’s behavior aspect at plying time with friends, the subject’s activeness in interaction with friends, subject’s attitude in obey the rule which had approved by a group or school discipline, and attitude aspect toward his family member. According to subject’s parent, their child has run some achievement, such as: want to help and respect to the family and parent. At the school, according to his teacher, subjects have obeyed the teacher instruction. It can be showed by subject’s attitude which obey and want to do the teacher instruction. Besides that, the subject has been active on communication and playing with the friends, also showing the respect toward the older.
