Diabetus Mellitus (DM) is metabolism disturbance disease that has become global problem. This disease could cause complication in all human organ and generate many complain with varying symptoms. One of the difficulties has been caused by dislipidemia, marked with the increasing rate of triglyseride (TG) and LDLcholesterol, and low number of HDLcholesterol. Severe coronary as one form of macrovascular complication has death number for quite high, reaching 25% with death could happen so sudden in few minutes after attack. This experiment has the objective to found out about relationship between plasma LDL concentrations with the severe coronary syndrome in type 2 DM patient having treatment in RSU. dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Experiment is conducted from JanuaryMarch 2009. Population used in this experiment is in house patient in internal disease section, heart and lungs RSU. dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Experiment samples is type 2 DM patient with high plasma LDL concentration and severecoronary syndrome with ECG monitor using total sampling method and independent variable is increasing LDL while dependent variable is type 2 DM with severe coronary syndrome. data analisis technique is using Chisquare and describe in distribution frequency table. Patient has been clustered into 4 different groups : 1st group : high LDL and severe coronary syndrome, 2nd group : high LDL and SCS (), 3rd group : normal LDL and SCS (+), 4thnormal LDL SCS (). Result of Chisquare test has showed significant correlation between lasma LDL concentration in type 2 DM patient with emerge of severe coronary syndrome showed with p=0.000 while p<0.05 and α= 0.05. In this experiment, we can conclude that the increasing of plasma LDL concentration has significant correlation with emerge of severe coronary syndrome.
