Civil Registry Office Probolinggo regency as one of the agencies conducting public duty permit services that can serve as legal evidence in determining one's position. Thus the results of this study can be concluded that reform of public services by the apparatus District Civil Office Probolinggo is implemented bai premises were hit only by the existence of formal rules that clearly state what is to be set the task and functions of Civil Registry.
