Abstract

This research is considered to be case study appropriate research methodologies for CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri with title "Evaluation Channel Distribution Company Processing Of Apple CV. Bagus Agriseta Mandiri Batu-Malang”. Target of this elite is to know usage of more used effective distribution channel company to specify distribution channel which need to be defended and developed furthermore in the future. Analyzer the used is advantage storey level (analyse in Profit report / clean) and risk storey level (variation coefficient) to measure net profit mean and accounted on risk. Result of analysis is calculation advantage storey level and risk storey level indicate that short distribution channel can yield net profit mean equal to Rp. 68.330.253,- and risk storey level equal to 2,49 % while long distribution channel yield net profit equal to Rp. 35.746.733,- and risk storey level equal to 4,30 %, in evaluating distribution channel becoming all important factor is attainment of sales target, mean inventory level, time of delivery at customer, handling of damage goods and lose, same activity in the field of promotion, training and education and also service which must be passed to customer. Pursuant to research result and solution of used distribution channel evaluation company hence can be pulled conclusion that usage of more effective short distribution channel because higher advantage and lower risk storey level is and also evaluated from the marketing aspect of indicating that market prospect for the area of wisata especially very good town of batu cause supported by product consumer enthusiasm which will with quality and as typical food to be consumed and for present, so that this channel require to be defended and developed furthermore in the future utilize improved sale omset especially town of batu region.
