Abstract
he research objective was to determine differences in perceptions of accountability levels of internal and external stakeholders, so as to find penigkatan efforts akuntabiltas Malang parking levy In this study the author takes the object of research on all elements that use parking fees, both managers or users. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted by independent sample t-test using SPSS for windows 10 to see if there is a difference between presepsi internal stakeholders extrnal stakeholders. Hypothesis can be accepted or there is a difference between the internal perception by external parties .. Result Analysis Improvement efforts that can be done to improve the accountability of Malang City parking fees, the Government should provide space for people to participate actively so that accountability can be increased parking charges. In addition parking levy executive officer must provide detailed information about the conduct of the mechanism of Malang city parking fees
