Attitude problem is represent important problem in everyday life. A lot of factor influencing somebody attitude to working safety and health in company. Environmental condition and situation at the time of he work will have an effect on to employee attitude statement. If employees stay in job situation which really free from all the form of resistance and pressure which can bother the attitude expression, is visible hence that behavior form shown represent attitude expression which in fact the positive goodness and also the negativity. To know somebody indication about attitude of safety work can be conducted by measurement level of cognitif, afektif, and konatif somebody to working safety. Therefore attitude of safety and health work represent organization from cognitif, afektif and konatif component that representing elementary tendency of somebody to react consistently in avoiding and anticipating the happening of accident or disease effect of work. Variable in this research is attitude of health and safety work. Population in this research is employees of Supply and Distribution Region III PT. PERTAMINA Malang. Sampling technique used Purposive Sampling, where the sample amount to 60 people. Instrument in this research use psychology scale. While the data analysis use t-score. Pursuant to research result which have been executed, knowable hence that attitude to Health and Safety Work at employees of Supply and Distribution Region III PT. PERTAMINA Malang show negative result equal to 55,0% with responder amount as much 33 people, while attitude to Health and Safety Work employees of Supply and Distribution Region III PT. PERTAMINA Malang showing positive result equal to 45,0% with responder amount as much 27 people.
