The interest of US reach by communication with society all of the countries through by media of communication. To be effective, effort of VOA to reach a good reputation in other to get action to their listener. Voice of America is a radio and television broadcast by US‟s government which have many programs in 53 languages, since 1942. Washington DC as it‟s central, VOA has many correspondents, because of largest news according to Indonesian people needs. Beside of that, news of VOA also in internet. This will be more effective because of many people use internet and can access everytime. This coorperated had done between two countries for many years. VOA is a part of United States Information Agency (USIA). Through by VOA, US doing propaganda strategic pass through affiliation network especially about Islamic issues during Barack Obama‟s administration. Srategic of propaganda by US through by VOA in other to make a public opinion of Indonesian people.
