Abstract

This research is descriptive research at PT. PG Kebon Agung Malang with headline Applying of Model Balanced Scorecard as a Means of Management Performance Measure at PG Kebon Agung Malang. Intention of this research is to know applying of Balanced Scorecard in assessing performance at PT. PG Kebon Agung Malang Technique applied to know method Balanced Scorecard in assessing company performance, if it is applied at PT. PG Kebon Agung Malang in range of time 2007-2009 that is monetary in perspective applies indicators indikator Return On Investment, Return On Asset, Growth. In perspective of customer applies indicators Customer Retention, Customer Acquisition, Customer Complain. In perspective, processed internal business applies indicator Minimize Error Rate and Rework. At in perspective processed learning and grows applies Employee Retention, Employee Training and Absenteeism. Result of calculation with method Balanced Scorecard, indicates that performance in PT. PG Kebon Agung Malang at in perspective of standard is unfavorable which caused by level of weather causing quality and sugar cane capacity declines. This thing shown by third of indicators applied. At other in perspective third told to be good enough, but company need to pay attention to existence of sigh from customer and damage of product causing lowering of quality of commodity exchange incorporated. Training performed requires increasing matter about way of better production. Now at PT. PG Kebon Agung Malang has not applied Balanced Scorecard. Based on result of analysis at each in perspective in method Balanced Scorecard enables to apply of method Balanced Scorecard in assessing company performance. Based on above conclusion, implication writer can that in assessing the performance, better at PT. PG Kebon Agung Malang applies method Balanced Scorecard. This thing caused in appraisal of performance with method Balanced Scorecard is not only sees just result but also process in yielding the result. Keyword: Equipment, Measure
