Abstract

The research based on phenomena existed in television world, where there were so many private television raced to present special program in certain time. The research focused on the attitude of People lived at Perum Pulo Asri Jombang to “Bioskop Trans TV” (Cinema Trans TV) to intention in watching Sinetron (local cinema). It focused on attitude tendency of people lived in Perum Pulo Asri Jombang in choosing family program. Whether Bioskop Trans TV influenced people behavior from needs aspect and satisfaction of entertainment. The research used quantitative approach with ethic perspective, where data collection was done by polling spread as supports. From all Head of families, consisted of 205 families, after calculated using T Yamane equation, there were 93 families considered as samples. Validity test to indicator at Bioskop Trans TV program attack variable with α 0,05 showed that all questions item accepted (valid). The calculation result in correlation coefficient value range 0,7692. Validity test to variable indicator of Bioskop Trans TV program attack with α 0,05% showed that all question items accepted (valid). The calculation result in correlation coefficient value range 0,7245. According to product moment correlation test (r-test) with α : 0,204 means that r count 1,059 larger than r tab 0,204. It was proven by influence between Bioskop Trans TV with intention in watching sinetron (local cinema) Rosenberg theory was known as affective cognitive consistency theory in attitude. Rosenberg (Secord & Backman, 1964 ) focused his attention on cognitive componen relation and affective component. Basically, television media user, by audiences like people of Perum Pulo Asri Jombang Residence were pushed or influenced by the needs of entertainment considered by audiences themselves. Audiences considered their choice without any force from another person. The attitude change of an audien who previously dislike into like, or in the beginning had no interest to be interested.
